HAPPYPARK: RULES

Aregulation is in force inside the HAPPYPARK Playground: simple but effective rules that aim to guide the child to play well, respecting himself, others and things.
To guarantee maximum safety and the best service for children, we invite parents and carers to read, respect and undertake to enforce the rules contained therein.

  1. Indoor playground with inflatables for children aged 4 to 10 years.
  2. The minor, during the entire period of stay at the Playground, will remain under the exclusive custody of the parent/companion (in any case an adult), with all the related obligations of supervision and attention and responsibilities relating to any injuries suffered by the minor or caused by the minor to other minors and/or to third parties and things.
  3. Responsibility for minors lies with the parent or companion who must be an adult, who is personally liable for the entire period of stay. It is absolutely forbidden to leave minors unattended. In the event that this happens, the Playground declines all responsibility.
  4. Children under the age of 4 must be supervised with greater care and can only access games where they are able to move independently; parents must not climb on the inflatables or enter the playground; for children we invite you to use the area reserved for them.
  5. Children over the age of 4 cannot enter the area reserved for children.
  6. it is forbidden to take toys out of the play area.
  7. it is forbidden to introduce and use personal games of any kind.
  8. it is forbidden to wear glasses and sharp or pointed objects on the inflatable games and inside the playground structure.
  9. To access the games it is mandatory to place your shoes in the designated spaces and use non-slip socks. If necessary, non-slip socks can be purchased at the Management.
  10. For hygiene and cleanliness reasons, it is absolutely forbidden to access the play area with drinks and food.
  11. Visitors must maintain correct language and behavior within the facility.
  12. the Management has the right to remove anyone who does not comply with these regulations or who displays an attitude within the Playground that is contrary to hygiene standards or uses language and an attitude that is offensive and/or contrary to morality, which may cause inconvenience to others guests.
  13. The chaperones are responsible for the control and actions carried out by the children they accompany, therefore any damage to the structure or to the play and non-play material is always the responsibility of those responsible.
  14. Carers have the obligation to report any damage suffered by the minor before leaving the playground.
  15. Parents and adults in general may enter only as chaperones of minors.
  16. The accompanying adults must ensure that the children use the games correctly (e.g. do not dive from the slide, do not climb to lean over, do not throw the games or scatter the balls).
  17. The Management does not look after personal property, therefore it is not responsible in the event of loss, theft, damage or deterioration of objects brought into the Playground.
  18. The Management may change the access times to the Playground and the closing days at any time, without considering itself obliged to give any explanation.
  19. SMOKING is absolutely FORBIDDEN inside the Playground.
  20. Access to the Playground presupposes acceptance of the regulations in their entirety which may be modified by the Management through notices posted in the premises of the Playground.

The Park may be subjected to video surveillance and/or video recording, in order to guarantee the safety of people and prevent any damage to them and/or things. The processing of personal data, or material originating from the aforementioned video surveillance and/or video recording system, is carried out pursuant to Legislative Decree 196/2003 as amended. Violators may be removed from the Park, without prejudice to the Management's right to report them to the competent authorities in the most serious cases.
