- By purchasing the entrance ticket you are deemed to have accepted the following internal regulations of the Park.
- The park is open to the public from 09:00 to 18:30. The facilities will remain open from 10.00 to 13.00 and from 14.00 to 17.30.
- The entrance ticket is not refundable under any circumstances. Any closure of the attractions due to technical or climatic factors, lack of electricity, and/or any other cause, or the lack of umbrellas, sunbeds and/or deckchairs in no case entitles you to a total or partial refund of the ticket.
- The Management reserves, at any time, and at its sole discretion, the right to close the Park (or one or more of its attractions) due to weather conditions, or, in general, in order to guarantee the safety and/or the safety of people, without this, in any case, giving the right to a total or partial refund of the ticket.
- On days of low attendance, the operation of all the park's attractions is not guaranteed, without this, in any case, giving the right to a total or partial refund of the ticket.
- The entrance ticket must be kept for the entire stay inside the Park.
- For temporary exit from the Park it is mandatory to request the Pass at the entrance.
- Children under 105 cm tall (accompanied), and people over the age of 70 are entitled to free entry.
- Children under 140 cm tall (accompanied) are entitled to a reduced entrance ticket.
- Anyone who practices the sale or distribution of free tickets and/or discount vouchers for entry to the Park in the parking area and/or in the areas in front of the Aquafarm ticket offices is cautioned. Violators will be reported to the competent authorities.
- Umbrellas, deckchairs, chairs and sunbeds are available free of charge while supplies last, and are assigned by Park staff upon entry.
- Umbrellas, deckchairs, chairs, sunbeds and tables cannot be moved from the positions assigned by the Park staff.
- On days with strong gusts of wind, to safeguard the safety of guests, umbrellas must be closed.
- In order to guarantee the safety of Park guests, some attractions may be subject to particular restrictions. Therefore, always follow the rules of use displayed near the attractions themselves and the instructions provided by the staff.
- The Management reserves the right to limit a visitor's use of the slides and other attractions at any time if it believes that this may be dangerous for his safety and/or that of other guests of the Park, in addition that the right to remove a visitor who causes danger or disturbance, without this, in any case, giving rise to any right to a total or partial refund of the entrance ticket.
- Children under 14 years of age can only enter if accompanied by an adult. Inside the Park they must be constantly supervised by an adult, who assumes custody of them for all legal purposes.
- The slides in the baby area are reserved for children under 120 cm tall.
- The Management declines any responsibility for objects left unattended inside the Park.
- The lockers for storing clothing are available, while supplies last, at the Park information office, upon presentation of a document. We decline any responsibility in relation to valuable objects left inside them (purely by way of example: money, jewellery, watches, mobile phones, documents and electronic components of all kinds, valuable clothing or bags, etc.).

- Light fires.
- Throw away papers and waste outside the designated containers.
- Diving into swimming pools.
- Walking on swimming pool grates.
- Running by the pool.
- Pushing other people into swimming pools.
- Wear glass diving masks inside swimming pools.
- Run and pass each other along the access stairs to the slides.
- Playing with ball or rackets.
- Cling along the edges of the slides.
- Go down the slides wearing t-shirts, tank tops or any other clothing other than a swimsuit, or wearing necklaces, watches, glasses, bracelets, hairclips, piercings, earrings and footwear of any kind (including swimming shoes). swimming pool).
- Smoking in all covered areas of the Park.

IT IS MANDATORY

- Scrupulously follow the instructions of the Park staff and always follow the instructions displayed.

- Leave swimming pools immediately when a storm approaches.
- Immediately report any injuries that occur within the Park to the qualified personnel located at the complex's internal medical clinic. The staff in charge will provide assistance, providing initial treatment to the injured person and assessing the severity of the injury itself. Furthermore, he will fill out an "internal First Aid report", reporting: the date of the accident, the details of the injured person, the pathology, the dynamics and the precise location of the accident, the therapy practiced, any statements from the injured person, the names of any witnesses, and the name of the lifeguard who witnessed the accident. The aforementioned report will be signed by both the Park Director and the injured person (if minor, by the person exercising parental authority). For the possible opening of a claim with the company that insures third party liability within the Park, in addition to adequate medical documentation, the aforementioned First Aid report will also be needed, which certifies the accident occurred within the Park. False statements will be criminally prosecuted.
The Park may be subjected to video surveillance and/or video recording, in order to guarantee the safety of people and prevent any damage to them and/or things.
The processing of personal data, or material originating from the aforementioned video surveillance and/or video recording system, is carried out pursuant to Legislative Decree 196/2003 as amended.
Violators may be removed from the Park, without prejudice to the Management's right to report them to the competent authorities in the most serious cases.
